Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zedd Studio! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on all eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to be processed and credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@zeddstudio.in or fill out the return request form to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at contact@zeddstudio.in to request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that you will be responsible for any price difference and any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@zeddstudio.in with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
